The V20's is quicker.. I also love the *knock on* feature!! Heck, the whole device is smooth..no lag! way faster than the Note 7 !

Great device, audio thru my Sennheiser HD 650 and HD 800 is a-m-a-z-i-n-g !! Finally, don't need an amp attached with those cans!

Battery is wow.. Beats the pants off of the Note 7 (RIP :( )

Will check out your video once I'm done from work!!

I might be going on record to say I like this phone way better than I liked my Note 7. The LG interface is very minimal and almost almost feels like stock android.
[doublepost=1478877020][/doublepost]Also it makes you appreciate the screen because my iPhone 7 Plus screen is so warm in color. After using it for some time and not using another device you get use to it but after using this V20 im like the 7 Plus screen is way too warm.

I love the knock pattern to unlock. Solve the issue of unlocing

I think the Note 7 is the better overall device, but I do like the LG skin better than TW, even though they are similar in design. The LG store sucks though.

So far my only two gripes are .... I wish I could adjust the auto brightness on the second screen, and the wide camera could have been better. But other than that, the V20 is near flawless.

agree with the above. I am impressed with the battery life too!
My only wish is that it had a wake/lock button on the side like other phones with the FP scanner on the back.
But the V20 is a very very nice phone!

That's how I felt at first, but got used to the knock to wake feature quickly.

The main camera has been great for me on auto and manual.

The wide camera is intermittent with no pattern one way or the other, sometimes very good, other times very noisey and slightly distorted(fish bowl).

I concur. Also, great job with the video indeed!! Keep'em coming.

Haven't used the camera enough to say much..but kinda disappointed with the Slow Mode recording , and the wide angle barrel affect. I also feel, the camera might work far better making adjustments under the manual mode vs the auto. Low light shots are impressive.

I haven't tried slow mode yet. What the issue with that?

I was a victim of the Note 7, so I picked up the iPhone 7+ and while I'm impressed with the battery and smoothness of the UI, I miss some of the Android features. The iOS camera app is terrible, you have to go all the way deep into the settings to change the resolution really?!?!? Plus you can't pause during video recording, seriously?!?!?! Thinking of picking up the V20 but hesitant because I don't know anything about LG. Can anyone with experience among the 2 devices provide some insight please...thanks!

One thing missing from the V20 UI is an easy way to toggle between BT audio and Phone audio.
Just make Bluetooth one of your options for the second screen. Literally no phone makes it easier.

Anyone else really dissatisfied with the camera. I feel like I am missing a bunch of shots that my note 7 would have nailed. The other night we were taking pictures of the super moon, and my GF one plus 3 captured it perfectly. My camera not so much. Same with some shots last night they came out iPhone 4s era noisy in a well lit restaurant.

I'm not talking about toggling Bluetooth on and off. Just the Media audio.

Toggling Bluetooth on and off would also break my connection with my Gear S2. And when sitting in my car at idle, sometime I like the audio routed from my phone, but still like the call audio to remain on my car speakers.

I have to go into settings to switch that on the V20.

Samsung and iPhone have a quick toggle from the notification and control center.

Only on the wide lens I experience noisy shots. And the color is off when using indoors. The regular lens has been excellent for me, but not as good as the S7 edge, Note 7, or iPhone 7+.

Just received the B&O H3 earbuds from LG. Nice and crisp sound and undistorted strong knocking bass.

I also have the UrBeats and Beats Solo(also free gift) from a year ago. The B&O H3 sounds much better.

The H3 seems fragile though, the cord is very thin. Not something you want to yank by accident. I'll see how long this lasts without one side of audio cutting out like most other earbuds. I wish it had a thicker flat cord. But at the moment, I'm defiantly happy with the sound.

This LG v20 looks like a great device but sadly has no stylus.
After some hesitations and in absence of note 7, I decided to buy another Note 4...

So I received the V20 from B&H yesterday and I retuned it this morning. There is a tremendous amount of light leaks happening along the bottom corners/edge of the screen. To me, this is completely unacceptable on a phone that costs $1100CAD. I am back to using the 6p for the time being.

One of the best phone I have owned...I am coming from iPhone, note 3 and then note 7....LG V20 is hands down one of the best phone..It gives the pleasure of stock android. The camera is awesome and battery life is much better than any of its competitors.
