iPhone LockInfo 5 just released in Cydia!!!!!

Reminders only show up on the lock screen if they are made in the "Today"-list. If i make a reminder on the default icloud reminders list, they wont show up at all. Is anyone getting their reminders to show up as they should?

I guess i have to abandon this sinking ship and cough up the 9.99$ for isX... :mad:

The way I have set it up I get my notifications in the info shade.. When I pull down the widgets section I have my NC settings and tap to post and calendar...

When I unlock the phone they are visible when I pull down my notification centre...

Now in the info shade as you see above (ok I don't know if its actually called the info shade... I always assumed this to be the info shade...) If you swipe right as you normally do for ios notifications it will open the mail like in LI4 without leaving the lockscreen and going into the app... If you swipe left it will give you the buttons to delete and and reply like in LI4 but with a nicer UI... I think this can be applied to most... Swipe left and you get the option to remove notification or swipe right to see the message... Either by opening the app or right there, depending on the app... If you set "tap to open" then you don't need to do the slide to right to go to the app...


If you want to clear all notifications you hit the "x" on the top right and hit clear... all notifications gone in 1 shot...

Ok now a couple of things I don't think are working correctly...

1. Now in the above pic if I unlock normally and then open the app directly red my messages etc etc and lock my phone again... This will be as it is... It doesn't go away...

2. And since the last update even if I clear the lockscreen via the "x" on the top right the status bar symbols remain unless I respring... Now I wrote to the developer about this... He says its an iOS problem and a statuslib problem... But, I fail to understand how can that be... Maybe some technical people can throw some light on that aspect...

I am sure he is wrong about the status bar problem as it started after I updated it to 14-22 beta...

How did you move the widget bar? Mine is in the middle of the page and killing my lockscreen. Thanks
 
To collapse all notifications, double tap the red dot icon.....

right now I have 11 unread email notifications, all showing on the screen. I would prefer to collapse it and have (for example) Email (11) which would expand when I clicked it....

I just can't believe how much of a struggle this is. LI4 did everything perfectly, this does almost nothing, and does it badly!!

I do understand why it needed to be changed, but if only the old one was available as an option. I'd love to see the feedback/requests from people who asked for it to be this way (as per David's post) and ask them what the hell they were thinking!

I just installed the most recent lockinfo and it seems better. I have noticed that upon unlocking my phone my screen sometimes flashes for a half a second before the home screen apps come into place. It doesn't happen with every unlock but it happens enough to notice it.

Anyone seen anything like this?

Is anyone else not able to launch the mail app from the email preview? I click on the little envelope thingy next to the trash icon and nothing happens. It only goes to the mail app when I unlock my phone. Weird.
 
If you swipe the notification from left to right, it will open the message

I know that - that's just a preview of the message though. If I want to then launch the mail app to reply to that message, I should be able to click on the mail icon in the preview. That does not work for me. Does it work for you?

You might have to click on "bypass passcode" for that. Not 100% sure, but that would make sense.
 
Yes both ways work for me.
Hitting the quick reply button (next to trash can) opens the mail app for a second and then brings up the message itself which I can reply to.
Or swiping from left to right opens the message and I have the option to reply or delete.

What version are you on?

NCDate correctly installed for me showing the correct date and time, but I was having stability issues with it installed. I am not sure if it was NCDate itself or Activator that it depends on so I uninstalled it. I am now using SimpleDate along with Lockscreen Clock Hide that allows the time to be displayed in the StatusBar and everything is rock solid.

I want to turn off automatic updates and push the refresh button to refresh my weather from the lock screen. However, it will never update, it will always fail.

If i open up my weather up and lock my phone, it will show as updated.

Not very happy with LI5 so far. Ive used LI since my 3G, was really great back then.

Yes, the weather doesn't update by itself. It was really nice to look at my phone this morning and see Thursday's forecast. How useful!

I hope we get an update soon, because LI is pretty useless at this point.

perhaps you missed my point...you can't collapse each notification individually. For example i have 11 emails..under this I have an update from sky news, and under that a text message...If I open the notifications, then I have to scroll through the emails to get to the other stuff.

What I wanted was to be able to collapse the email section, so I could read the text message for example..

at the moment I can only collapse ALL notifications, not individually.
 
What I do, is double tab the red dot to hide all notifications, then I click on the txt msg icon to show only text msgs.

I would like to know if there is any way to default all notification not to collapse and just click on what we want to view.

But you can view each one seperately.

Did anyone figure out a sure way to get the notifications to show on the widget page? Every now and again, I'll change some other irrelevant setting (yesterday it was a Weather Widget setting), and all of a sudden, I'll start seeing the notifications from text messages or WordwFriends show up on the widget page either above or below the calendar Widget (in addition to still showing up on the Notifications page too). But then I'll change some other irrelevant setting, and they will disappear from the Widget page, and continue to show only on the Notifications page.

Is this a glitch or am I missing something? I thought it was related to setting the Alert Type to Banner, but I think I was incorrect in this thought yesterday.

For example, see the screenshots I posted from yesterday. The first is my Notifications page, showing the text messages. The second is the widgets page, showing the same text messages popping up before the calendar (due to the order I have notifications showing in). Yet now, I can 't get it to do this again.

On my phone, it will only clear the status bar icons if I unlock my phone, swipe open the notification center, and clear all notifications from there. It will NOT clear the status bar icons if I clear the notifications from the LockInfo lockscreen.
