How is it like Auxo, a swipe up from the bottom doesn't reveal multitasking/switcher bar does it? This is really the only tweak why I'm not parading. I hate to double click the Home button to multitask.

You're confusing auxo with Zephyr. Auxo does the little cards with screenshots and allows you to swipe them away down.

I gave it up for iOS 7. I like the options it has now, and the only way I am going to JB in the future, if it becomes available, is if there are:

1. Tweaks to remove the bars on the top and bottom of the lockscreen, for the Notification Center and Controls.

2. A Tweak that would add Decline Call on the lockscreen. I just hate having to press the power button twice.

I won't give up on jailbreak over ios7, having Zephyr makes the iPhone experience way much better. :D

I didn't upgrade my iPhone 5, but getting the 5s obviously forced ios7 on me. And while I do like it, I still keep swiping up to exit apps:confused:. I love Zephyr, even more now that I can't have it:D.

I would lose my JB if I had Mobile Share. Since I have the grandfathered Data Pro, I need MyWi, and thus I will stick with the JB. The only other thing I really need from the JB is the quick settings menu, which iOS7 now has built in. That being said, I would still Jailbreak just for fun when it came out for iOS7 even if I did have Mobile Share and upgraded to iOS7.

Ah you're right my fault, does iOS7 have any Zephyr like gestures?

Edit: nevermind ah this sucks

O, I actually just updated my iPad mini to iOS 7, losing that jailbreak too. To be honest, jail breaking the iPad doesn't add a lot in the first place, and iOS 7 gets those few features I care about on it. The thing that swayed me, though, was AirDrop. It works very well, and I send stuff to my iPad from my phone fairly regularly and AirDrop makes it much more convenient.

Same here. I didn't have a lot of qualms about losing my JB on my iPad (although I miss iCleaner and Nitrous), so I updated. My wife has no interest in jailbreaking and so I upgraded her 4S to 7. That gives me a chance to see it live while still keeping my 4S jailbroken.

Okay, so here's the thing. I have updated my iPhone5 to iOS 7, but it was never JB. My iPad (2), on the other hand, is JB. My primary reason for having my iPad JB is for iFile, and the heightened ability to move files around. While I don't use it daily, every now and then I do, and that's what I'm inclined not to give up.

Truth is, I would probably be far less interested in iOS 7 if I had a more substantially tweaked iPad, but when it comes to finding tweaks Cydia just sucks. I hear people complain about the App Store, but Cydia doesn't hold a candle to it. I often wish there was a more user friendly "store" for tweaks for JB iOS devices.

Well, I'll grant that that's better than the Cydia app, but it's still pretty weak on the app-discovery front. Scrolling through a long list to try and see if there's anything that sounds interesting to me gets old. And it's especially true given that it seems like 80%+ of all JB tweaks aren't aimed at iPads, only at iPhones. So, when I'm browsing, couldn't I only look at those that are iPad tweaks?

Oh well.

Upgraded to iOS 7. Sacrificed a little for the new OS, but it does make the phone feel like a 'new' phone after staring at the same platform for over 4 years. I'll certainly jailbreak when it becomes available.

Update ios jailbroken 6.1 to ios 7, keeping SMS's intact

Hi,
Is there any way, I can Update my iPhone 4 , which has (Jailbroken ios 6.1) to ios 7, keeping SMS's intact & other settings intact.

i.e. i don't want to restore, & do all the hard work, & lose all sms's databases etc...

I updated my jailbroken iPhone 5 to iOS 7 and honestly I haven't looked back...

It feels like a whole new experience, I'm loving the colour palette and icons too:p

However, I've kept the JB on my iPad 3. I'm not ready to give up XBMC, SafariDownload and iFile, amongst other tweaks.. and this decision will probably prevent me from buying the iPad 5 on launch unless they release an iOS 7 JB.

Ok so I'm new here and I have a question. I got my phone in the us and moved abroad. I had my phone jb so I can use it with a new carrier. If I update to ios 7 will my phone switch back to my old carrier and will I lose my ability to make call only current carrier? I don't have any problems with ios 6 I just want to update so I can play the new infinity blade #

Jailbreaking and unlocking are 2 different things. Are you on the 4S or 5? If yes, you're either using a factory unlocked device or a sim interposer

I'm using a 5. It was originally AT&T brand and I use a SIM card. I'm currently using telcel
