Mine is now due for delivery today. Flew to East Mids airport and then went to central hub.

Mine hasn’t unfortunately. Still showed the same location in Germany and no set delivery date on either Apple or UPS website. Rang Apple and they confirmed it’ll arrive on the 7th instead. Their lies are really tearing me apart 😂

Damn. It would be good to know when you do get it, I hope it’s before Thursday!
I noticed on Apple’s order page that the date changed once it arrived in UK so that should be a good indication the Mac is definitely arriving soon.
 
I'm happy I found this thread because I am exactly the same seat. Ordered an M1 13" 8/256GB on the 15th, shipped from China the 23rd. UPS had a set delivery on the 31st, with Apple's order page saying the 11th of Jan. Transit from SK to Germany was fine and after being in Herne-Boernig it moved to Koeln. It cleared customs and arrived in Stanford Le Hope the morning of the 31st. UPS had removed their scheduled delivery and Apple changed their delivery date to the 4th of Jan (today). The morning of the 2nd, UPS' tracking said it had returned to Koeln and there's been no update since then. Apple is still saying that delivery is due today, the 4th, but seeing as it is 10pm right now, I doubt that'll be the case.
I saw someone say that Apple had said that they would expedite the item and compensate you for its late arrival if it didn't arrive by their set-out delivery date, so I'm crossing my fingers that they'll promise that to everyone and I suppose I'm getting in contact with Apple tomorrow if there's been no further update.

Original delivery date 8-14 Jan was updated on 24th Dec to show delivery 30th December. 30th came and went (despite tracking saying it was in Stanford le hope). Revised delivery of ‘end of day’ 31st December but it never arrived and is still showing as will be delivered 31st December ...

Anyone know if I’m better off contacting ups or apple or what’s the best channel or phone number to use? Thanks!

UPS tracking can often pre-determine location and if there are hiccups eventually it updates or goes back to previous location (where it may never have left).
My experience contacting UPS is poor. Only after I received item that they emailed me say - our systems show it’s been delivered. Great help...going to leave a piss poor review. Even the driver just effed off into his van to go.
On your Apple order page below will be a live chat link and a 0800 number. Gives these a go for “basic information”. Just nudge the customer specialist for answers. If on live chat you will get a Bot- type “speak to specialist “ eventually it’ll recognise you want to speak to a human being. Sounds like your parcels are going via truck/ rail — therefore Brexit changes may have customs slowing down processes?
 
Hi guys I also ordered a M1 16gb MBP on the 19th of December, UPS began shipping on the 26th of December & seemed to be on its way as expected going through China, Hong Kong, Dubai & Cologne. The issue is that tracking updated the packages arrival at Stanford le hope on the 30th & there has been no updates since (stuck in transit). Apples expected deliver is the 7th but UPS initially estimated the 31st of December & it never arrived & was rescheduled for the 4th of Jan but it didn't arrive yesterday either. I was wondering if this sort of delay is due to the new year period & newly announced lockdown or if I should report an investigation with UPS as if the package is actually lost. I contacted UPS this morning & the lady on the phone said it was waiting to clear customs before being sent to Tamworth for delivery. But I can't imagine that being stuck in Stanford le hope since the 30th December that clearing customs would take this long. UPS still hasn't given a new updated delivery date & the app just says "information unavailable". Is this happening for anyone else on the UPS app ?

Hopefully you get yours soon! I contacted UPS and was stuck listening to an automated robot for a while so I called Apple on 0800 048 0408. Had to wait a while, they did contact UPS directly for me which was a bit helpful.

Happy to announce that it finally arrived today!! So excited as it’s my first MacBook. Now I can have a drink to celebrate as opposed to drowning my sorrows over the delays 😂
