Well after hours with Apple and UPS tech support and several phone conversations (with more to come) the verdict is ...........nether knows. So it looks like I'm starting over and waiting on a new build from China and my new estimated delivery date is now November 25-November 27 for an preorder I made early morning October 29. And the real kicker is Apple also sent me an email saying I must return the lost computer by Nov 26. What a Fu$$ Fest this Mac mini order is. Maybe I should just wait for a M5 since by the time this is straitened out it should be coming.

Hey @Julien, I’m so sorry to hear about all the trouble you’ve had with your machine! They should definitely give you a gift card for all the hassle.

Mine was held up for a few days, but I’m finally replying to this thread on my new Apple M4 Pro. I just launched Apple Music and wow… I was totally blown away by the bass from these speakers!

I hope you all get your machines soon! Time to start reinstalling my entire development environments!

It still looks screwed up. On my orders page it looks like the new "replacement" (hate that word since it is NOT replacing) is canceled and the same lost/missing "Arriving Soon" Mac is still on order (has the same order number as before) and to top it off I must return it by Nov 26. Apple even sent me a Return email. Apple MUST deal with 1000's of lost/missing packages every year. Seems they would know how to do it and have a system implemented it by now (or by 20 years ago).
