I have watched the OWC video of taking the Mini apart. It looks fairly easy. What do you say?

it's easy if you don't mind scratching the bottom of the case. you need to get something in between the outer case and the inner chasis. if you don't have the right tools you can easily scratch up the bottom. i did, but it's the bottom of the case so i didn't care. i used a puddy knife and a real knife. those iPod tools he shows in the video would be ideal.

When you think about it, why did Apple make it so hard to get inside the Mini? It would have easy to design the case differently.
