edit to add more: There's a lot wrong with that, not the -M processors, no 1.5TB RAM option, 1TB options with 8 sticks (won't be available on the real thing), offering four MPX based GPUs, selecting two drives individually and RAID level. That's a hot mess, not sure what's going on there.

The Pro Vega II Duo's are definitely going to be much, much higher than $1,700

I looked at it briefly when someone first posted this, seems to be someone who buys used Macs and refurbishes and customizes them. Given there aren't even any 7,1s available brand new (for a short bit yet) what they've laid out there is pure speculation. They have a lot of stuff that isn't available factory (like four discrete graphics cards, the non -M CPUs for the W-3265 and W-3275, and 1TB RAM config) so they're probably estimating component costs and just put together a straw man page that won't allow you to complete an order anyway.

Apple's BTO pricing will certainly be different than this and at least with the -M processors guaranteed to be higher (probably for other options as well).
