Mac rumors Halo group

OK... How about tomorrow (Sunday) at 8:00 EST?

Who here has the fastest internet connection and biggest rig? You can be the server. :)

If nobody wants to be server I'll do it.
Look for the server "MacRumors Halo Group".
 
Yeah, well. I closed the server after an hour. Only three people came on. None from MacRumors. :(

I guess I'll start out with...
Game Type: Slayer
Teamplay Options: Teamplay

They'll change later on. So sort the servers alphebeticly and look through the "M"s. If it doesn't show up.

May I put my name in here? Though I may not be able to make tomorrow's game, I have been itchin' for a good crew - who knew some still play.

Oh, and if I may suggest that if we talk about times in GMT (Zulu), we then could at least do our own zone math - may be easiest amongst us all.

If we find this popular enough, I'd like to volunteer my MP for game server some time if you'd like - it's untested in this use however, but I'm pretty well connected with gobs of RAM.

Sure. Right now I'm using a MBP connected over wireless. :eek:

Since you can't make it tomorrow, I'll serve.
But in the future, when you can make it, and if you want to, you can definitely be server.
 
So I just noticed that the game will be taking place at 01:00 Wednesday here in the UK so I probably won't be on after all.

Is there anyway future games could be held a earlier for us over the atlantic?

Yeah. We'll need different times for different time-zones.
 
Everyone, don't forget! In case you missed the last few posts.

Today, 8:00 PM EST with daylights savings.

Hopefully I'll be there. HaloMoto is the name.
 
I'll see about knocking out of work early to make it. This is 5pm for us west-coasters.

As for Time zone yeah, perhaps we could collect the names of "Those Willing to Serve" and hopefully we'll get a good spread of geographies.

I can serve games for Prime Time GMT-8hours
 
2 things. I have posted something in my halo clan's forum (don't worry, it is apple corps, some may know about it) redirecting them here. and 2, i wont be able to serve because our internet sucks
