🌎 Mac Studio Pre-orders, Orders and Delivery Status Thread - All Countries (2022)

Out for delivery today for me. Original projected delivery Mar 30. UPS first said Mar 28, then Mar 24, then Mar 25, then back to Mar 28. My Studio got some leisure time in Shanghai, a short stay in Korea, a couple of days in Anchorage and a couple of days in Louisville. The UPS tracking system was not very helpful, to say the least. I have another whose order was placed later and is listed as Jun 3-20, so I actually feel fortunate to get this one now, notwithstanding the tracking issues. Its too bad I can't get frequent flyer miles for the trip.

Delivered just before 400 pm and setup has commenced. Good luck on delivery to everybody.

Apparently they update statuses way into the night, like 9PM
I was also told if there was no update today it might update tomorrow so fingers crossed for you guys 🤞

In that case however I’m guessing you’re looking into an early April delivery instead

Guess I'm on the "might update tomorrow" train since it's 23:56 here with absolutely no updates. Either that, or my package was not on the same flight as everyone else's.

OK so looking at last week departures for Tuesday, there are 2 more flights that could go on schedule for March 29th from Shanghai that could probably be our way out from China:

Made it to Korea.

I received the same departure time from Shanghai even though it first appeared to depart some 26 hours earlier. My package doesn't show a Korea stop but has been rescheduled for a Wednesday delivery. Looks very doable. This purchase has been the most unusual in years of doing BTO. If delivered Wednesday they still beat their early estimate by one day. Local media has been covering the Shanghai lockdown situation even though we are 12 hours away from them...

As much as I'd like to get it tomorrow, it's promising that 3/25s are moving today. We have to be pretty close to the front of the line now.

Yep, all 3/26s still in Shanghai. Next possible flight to get out of China is UPS109 flight scheduled for March 29th at around 5 pm, then UPS105 flight scheduled for March 29th at around 7 pm, finally UPS81 flight scheduled for Wednesday March 30th at around 2:30 am. UPS109 and UPS105 flights route is Shanghai/Japan (Tokyo and Izumisano)/Anchorage/Louisville - KY. UPS81 route is Shanghai/Seoul/Anchorage/Louisville - KY.

Yep, there is no way how it could take two days to get to Munich (or Stuttgart). I have a March 30 delivery date, too. But I also suppose mine will be here tomorrow. Maybe DHL is now extra conservative with delivery dates to prevent any further frustration. 🙂

Mine was scanned in Leipzig 10 minutes after yours. 🙂 It's a 5 hour drive from Leipzig to here. That should be barely enough to be on the delivery truck tomorrow.

Shanghai 3/25 cohort - just departed SKorea and UPS moved delivery up 1 day to the 30th.

All of the people working hard in difficult conditions in coastal China deserve our thanks and respect.
