I'm now gonna contradict my previous point ...but yes indeed they feel different.SOME of them do actually.because many MBP have lower travel,and don't feel as smooth,while the other half is,as you said , mechanical-like (to an extent )
Mind you,i went through 2 units,both of which aren't mechanical like...sad
haha, I went through four units to find a "mechanical" one... definitely worth it!

How did you do,you asked apple for an exchange ? Should i do the same ?
Personally I think you should, its worth it.
I went in and just told them I wanted to do an exchange, when they would ask what was wrong with the one I was exchanging I would just tell them that my spacebar was too high, or that some keys felt loose depending on the issue I had, and they would do it no questions asked!
But yes they do seem to be rare... My friend exchanged his 16-inch 3 times and still didn't get a nice one...

Mind you,it's a little complicated for me because I want a 14 8c WITH 96w charger and WITH qwerty in am azerty country ,so i have to wait 2 weeks at least between each unit

Hmm.. in your case with such a specific config not sure if its worth it since im assuming you'd wait a few weeks for them to bring you a replacement...
In my case it was easy since its a stock config 14 w/ 10c/16c so I could find it in some stores...
But since you're in an AZERTY country (France?) the custom QWERTY may take a while to arrive.. Not sure!
I can attest there are two different kind of keyboards with different feel
