I’ve finally returned my unit because of this problem, I’ll wait and see if they ever resolve this.
Can anyone confirm if this is addressed in 10.15.6 Beta (19G60d)? I can report (for now) it's finally fixed here...
Yes, it did for me. The last 2 betas. Now on 10.15.6 Beta (19G71a) and I no longer have this problem since I purchased my MBP.

I've just got my new machine last Friday and I've been experiencing an annoying issue where the mac seems to "freeze" for split-second and resumes working normally when I'm scrolling on Firefox / Chrome and as a full time iOS Developer this is very clear on the development IDE (Xcode / Simulator) the simulator freezes for an entire second and resumes working again. I've gone through all the steps with Apple Phone Support PRAM Reset / NVRAM Reset / OS Reinstall etc and nothing works -They have rescheduled a call with me this morning- the only option to fix this is if I disable the automatic graphics switching option and make it so that it only uses the dedicated graphics card which is ridiculous.
Does anyone face similar issue ?
Have you taken it into Apple yet? And if so, what have they said?
I live in Egypt we don't have any Apple centers here so my best shot was to contact Apple Support over phone and they don't give a *uck
Updated to the final 10.15.6 today and I immediately noticed that the UI is way more fluid now. I can barely notice any stuttering when scrolling pages on Chrome or when writing code on Android Studio.
Issue is still there after 10.15.6 update. Way to reproduce the problem -
1.) Make sure you are using integrated intel graphics (use some tool like gfxcardstatus)
2.) The first time you run AppStore after your system is up, move your mouse pointer randomly on the screen. You will notice the stutter. This will not happen again if you quit app store and try this. Restart the machine to reproduce the problem again.
For those whose issue is resolved, did you try a clean install of macOS 10.15.6? Or is it updated from a previous version? If it is updated from another version which version is that?
Finally it's working after more than 2 weeksDevice: MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)
Version: 10.15.6 (19G2021)
Still not working. I'm still experiencing the same issues in my work environment (Xcode/Simulator)
I have already talked to 3 advisor, but they did not know how to solve this.
I just experience this issue 2 weeks ago, my macbook freeze and then restart unexpectedly. HELP!
