yes, i tried to ran the script again but same resultsDid you a reboot? The script simply adds the dylib to the preload section.
i found this in console:
AMFI: allowing exception handler for 'softwareupdated' (1137) because SIP is disabled.

And which function is not working? If your internet connection or Apple's servers are over loaded, the patch can't help with it. Wait until everything restores to normal (everyone wan't to install updates).yes, i tried to ran the script again but same results

That patch not modify anything on Mac App Store. It's only modify/patch the good old softwareupdated daemon, thath only responsible for Apple's OSX updates. You can try it, simply comment out (or remove) the dyld lines on the end of /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.softwareupdated.plist (and restart softwareupdated or reboot). Maybe, you need to wait until everything go back to normal.it just does not checks for a new updates and sees only some old update for ms rdp. when i click update it stucks on downloading and app store stops responding
Try softwareupdate -l in the Terminal.
Is everyone talking about the 10.12.3 (16D30a) update? or is there a newer one?
Thanks

Unloading and re-loading softwareupdated should work.Is it necessary to reboot? Or can we just unload/reload softwareupdated?

Ah, yeah, I was thinking about adding those changes... I just thought rebooting would be the sure-fire way to ensure it worked. I'll go ahead an update the script on my server.I made some small edits to your script. Feel free to incorporate.
