In Eclipse IDE (2023-03) the Search (^H) doesn't work properly, the text entered in the several input fields ("Containing text", "File name pattens", "Search string", ...) isn't accepted or considered, which makes Eclipse usage a bit complicated.
In macOS Sonoma Beta 2 (23A5276g) this problem is solved! :)

I was able to get the current version of Citrix Workspace going with the current version of Chrome in a Sonoma VM. I'm holding off until macOS 14 b2 to see if any of these apps are broken after seemingly working fine.
Citrix workspace seems to work in B2.

Bartender is now using a deprecated API according to Sonoma.

I was able to install a ESET Cyber Security Pro on macOS Sonoma. The only thing was, that during the installation I was notified that I am trying to install a version for macOS Ventura, but I could choose to continue and finish the installation. Antivirus is running so far so good, I'll report it if something pops-up.
Thanks for that, I already have it installed so hopefully installing Sonoma won't break it.

Looks like a few of the screensavers I’ve had installed, and worked fine while on beta 1, are no longer working at all on beta 2.

Working! Sonoma beta 2 as client virtual machine on VMware host 13.0.2 (Intel 2019 iMac) works with VMware Tools and paravirtualised graphics. No doubt some apps will have graphics problems running in the virtual machine, but this is now good enough to act as a beta test VM.

Lightroom Classic (version 12.4) crashes on Beta 2. Using 16" 2021 M1 MacBook Pro. Would be grateful to know if anyone has been able to get LC to run properly.

Zoom 5.15.0 does not seem to work properly with Sonoma Beta 2. Unable to share screen properly; users see desktop, not shared application.

It works here for me. What I'm seeing, though, is any app that has the screen sharing permission can appear in the menubar under a "sharing your screen" icon. Bartender specifically is there all the time. I think Apple deprecated whatever framework apps use to request screen sharing permissions.

Interesting. Thanks; the fact that it worked for you made me dig deeper. What seems to have happened is that the setting for "Screen Recording" that's necessary for Zoom to share screens got toggled off. I flipped that switch back to "on", and voila! -- it works. Thank you!

having the same issue with beta 2. No issues with beta 1 that I was aware of. Reverting to older versions of LrC did not solve the problem.

Anyone else having issues with Football Manager 2023 crashing right a few seconds after launching the game?

Does anyone know if Retroactive.app is compatible with Sonoma?
I am using it (iTunes) without any issue in Ventura (iMac 2019)
