Also had the issue with the new Outlook chrashing this morning, every time I opened an e-mail with actual content (which is most).

I had the newest regular update, 16.52 (21080801), from Aug 11th.

I fixed it by changing to the Beta channel of Outlook, and then getting 16.53 (21081001), and that loads e-mails just fine.

Kind om makes sense to use the Beta channel of Outlook on the Beta of macOS... :D

Outlook was getting spinning balls, but after doing a reinstall and update to the latest beta, it now crashes upon opening. joy.

I have updated to Outlook 16.53 and still does not sync email - just crashes at sync still.

Anyone found a solution?

Thanks

Can anyone confirm if VMware Horizon works (or does not) on the current beta? (Not talking about with the workaround to disable security on MacOS.)
Nevermind... Finally pulled the trigger and upgraded to macOS Monterey (beta 5) and VMware Horizon (Version 2106 - Build 8.3.0 (18251973)) DOES function properly.

Nevermind AGAIN... after a reboot Horizon will not connect for me. Worked fine a few times after the initial upgrade to Monterey b5 but now I am back to using the web/HTML5 version...

I can state that VMware Fusion Version 12.1.2 (17964953) does not work on Monterey Beta 4 running on Intel. Even after uninstall/reinstall and enable Full Disk access, I receive the following:

Transport (VMDB) error -14: Pipe connection has been broken.

This happens on both existing VMs as well as newly created one's.

While Fusion may have worked on prior betas, I upgraded from Big Sur to Monterey so I can not confirm interim beta updates.
Even after upgrading to Beta 5, Fusion still refuses to launch VMs generating the same error as posted above.

Guys is your Photoshop CC 2021 working with Beta 5? Mine is starting freezing at startup. It never opens. I tried earlier versions to they are giving the same problem. In the last 4 beta Photoshop always worked but with the latest beta, it never starts. is it just me?

I can open it, and open a file:

I'm on Affinity Photo 1.10.0.

Side note: When did that registration prompt start appearing?

(I'm normally using Pixelmator Pro, but we got the Affinity suite on sale, as a full Adobe replacement a while back, with the added bonus of using Home sharing between me and my partner.)

Edit: I can also open it from a file, for a bit of Affinception:

1.10.0 (Non-App Store version) is working fine for me too (Intel)

The registration prompt started a few version ago I think

am on 1.10.0 (intel).

wondering if changing the app icon is causing my issue? ( just changed it back to default); also, that registration window has never popped up for me.

will keep an eye on it, see how things go. thanx mitthrawnuruodo & kibj....

EDIT: anyway, here, the problem persists. AP takes a bunch of tries before it actually opens. will contact serif...

are you on M1 or Intel. I have issues on M1
Confirming for me the issue seems on M1 and not on Intel. Supporting this since Outlook now crashes instead of 'just' beach balling I get Rosetta Exception errors. Any luck with Outlook on M1 and B5?
