LOL. I clicked the Air Quality/Weather icon in the bottom right and it took me to Google Maps APIs! Only on MacOS 26.
Edit: This is in Apple Maps by the way.

Are you sure? It looks like a lot of spacing was changed, in notifications and across the system there is more paddingI go over them on my YouTube channel, sadly there wasn't anything in the frontend that has changed, only backend.
I've upgraded from Sequoia to Tahoe beta 9 and the new Apps app is only showing around half of my installed applications. If I want to see all of them I have to go via Finder. Is this a known issue?
Also, is there a way to remove all the iPhone apps that are mixed in with my Mac's apps?
How?
FWIW, I use an app called MacUpdater that can run and show a list of available updates, and then you can click to update them.. I've used it for a while now and it works great..Still no updates displayed in the App Store. LMAO
have used macupdater for years, great with apps from the app store, and everything else. will miss it 😔FWIW, I use an app called MacUpdater that can run and show a list of available updates, and then you can click to update them.. I've used it for a while now and it works great..
Anyway, for App Store apps, the Update option just takes you to the Mac App Store page for that app, and then in the App Store, it'll change from Open to Update.. That's been the only way I've been able to update my apps as they're not showing under updates.
Aaaaaaaand I just went to grab a link for you and it looks like they're shutting down support of their app! BOOO..
Could be like the same thing that happened to the Bartender app.

TrashMe3 works well for me, too.have used macupdater for years, great with apps from the app store, and everything else. will miss it 😔
EDIT: checking out trashme3, a pretty-comprehensive app that also monitors for app updates 👍
is it working on tahoe? i keep granting access to my drive, i get 'access granted', but can't seem to run most processes in the app....TrashMe3 works well for me, too.
I had to manually add it as having full access, but it is working for me.is it working on tahoe? i keep granting access to my drive, i get 'access granted', but can't seem to run most processes in the app....
I was reporting this since beta 1 with no luck at all, outside of looking weird, if you go into bookmarks you just can't go back to tabs. (for whatever reason they have deleted the icons to do so on the bottom of the sidebar)
It looks like they fixed the bookmarks header and back button disappearing from the sidebar in full screen Safari, although I still don't like the wasted space and the depth order makes no sense.

Not that I use it, but it's still broken when "Always Show Toolbar in Fullscreen" is off and the toolbar is hidden, including the header is missing again. Easily avoided from a setting few if any people use, but still embarrassingly broken.

Tried trashme3, but sadly it only found 3 out of 10 found by MacUpdater.EDIT: checking out trashme3, a pretty-comprehensive app that also monitors for app updates 👍
It's not release ready, it won't be out until probably October.
I've noticed some excessive battery drain at certain times when using Safari. However nothing major, and I would say I am mostly impressed with the OS so far. I know it's not coming out for another month though most likely.Tahoe is not bad but I've been seeing a lot of lag while using Youtube on Firefox and just general overall sluggishness within the UI on my M1 Macbook Pro.
No its coming out in September as macOS Sonoma and Sequoia both released in September, Sequoia was alongside iOS.It's not release ready, it won't be out until probably October.
