Apple has made such a big deal about feature parity, naming parity, etc. this year that it would be a surprise if all the OS-es didn’t release at the same time.
Oh also, if worried about how "ready" it is, just wait!
I fully intend to wait until 26.2 (mid-December?) before upgrading my daily driver Mac.
...That's what I say now. There's a chance I will get impulsive and jump the gun. I usually regret it if I move too early though, there will be something that bothers me that could have been avoided by just waiting. (Last year it was firewall issues that weren't resolved until Sequoia 15.2 and a calculator issue that wasn't resolved until 15.3...)
So far, the only issue I've had with the Tahoe Public Beta is in Mail, I try to block spam accounts, I get a spinning ball and the app freezes for about thirty seconds. I will then click on the email and delete it, I'm sure the actual OS Release will fix this issue.
