That's normal, most dGPU's temperature won't be displayed in macOS. RX580 is an exception indeed.

What to do then? In Mojave the sensor shows 80 degrees Celsius and because of this, the video card fans drive very strongly, although the card itself is very cold. Even under the processor the wiring is cold, and the tubes are also very cold, how can I reduce the sensor readings?

But in High Sierra, the GPU works properly?
