Damn! You have me wet here wishing for the same. I am trying to finish up the move into my new space. Thought that I might have something that others could look towards. Your space is making me feel that I am in a slum.

Absolutely... I've seen his glass at William Traver Gallery and Vetri Glass in Seattle. He's not upper echelon by any means (his prices are still sub-$5,000), but he's good enough to be represented by one of the most well-respected glass galleries in the world (Traver).

If you see him, tell him I said hi (he doesn't know me) and send him to my web site. I'd love to acquire one of his works at some point.

Man, I can only hope that my photography can elevate to this level.

can't believe no one picked up one the lack of an apostrophe for the contraction in "your" and the spelling mistake also...it should be "you're" :)

I wasn't sure whether he was deliberately making fun of me or not. Missing ' and e, plus incorrect capitalisation

There are two types of people - people that appreciate you fixing their errors, and people that insult you for it  (actually, there are also the people that don't notice).

Do you need a towel? :p

Seriously, I appreciate everyone's comments about my space... a lot of thought (and money) went into making it look the way it does. I don't have to worry about what anyone else thinks (no wife, no GF, dammit), so it's all driven by my particular/peculiar visual needs. White/black/wood/metal/glass, without exception, and forms as simple as possible.

I don't have a picture of my bedroom (which is also pretty cool), because it's hard to get a good photo in a small space without a wide-angle lens. Suffice to say, it's pretty much ALL white, except for the art on the walls and the TV. My office you can see here:

Thanks! The gig is growing pretty fast and I'm starting to get nervous. There's only so much time on lunch breaks and weekends. I need to find another photographer quick

If I lived in Florida, would be interested in helping you out. Seems like very interesting work.

Definitely interesting - it's my first successful attempt at a small business :p Helps to pay the bills and keep my crib stocked with all the necessary toys :D

What, do you work for the Matrix?
It would be better if you didn't mention that again... I'd hate to have to send over a couple of Agents. ;)

(My license plates, until this past week, were AGNTSMTH and INEVTABL. New plates are EVANESCE and COALESCE.)

I'm presuming those come from the bands? I have quite a bit of Evanescence's music but only 'Blue Collar Lullaby' (Acoustic) by Coalesce, they have other good stuff I take it?

Here's my contribution.

Actually, they don't... one of my favorite authors is a Brit named Stephen Baxter. His recent books are titled 'Coalescent', 'Exultant', and (in November 2005) 'Transcendent'. I wanted to do something with EXULTANT, but I couldn't find a matching plate that would work well (although RESONANT was a good candidate). Then I noticed that COALESCE has a cool antonym, EVANESCE, and went with that. Kinda silly, but I like for my license plates to go with a particular theme.

BTW, nice space!

Yeah, that sign is the result of accidentally deleting an entire week's worth of work one time and then spending a solid hour cursing my stupidity. The sign used to be on my monitor when I had a big CRT monitor.

Yeah I looked at your profile to see what kind of job you have that lets you afford a home like that and realised your my age.

Weird.

Well though you are moving out, you will still be home now and then.
It's funny cause at first when I saw the pictures, I was like, wow, super nice house. Clamshell iBook and powermac (don't know which one G4 or G5).

I wonder why he doesn't buy better stuff.
Now I realise you're pretty lucky to that stuff, did you buy those yourself?

The iBook was mine for school work and the Powermac my father used for work as a graphic designer.

Nowadays he types emails on the iBook and I use the Powermac (MDD Dual Ghz for net and a little gaming).

wow, some beautiful homes you all have. mine is littered with toys from my 3 year old so I seldom take many snapshots of it, so I will stick with my "pineapple under the sea" concept of earlier. ;)

That is an awesome house! I usually don't ask this type of stuff, but would you mind sharing some figures ($)? and where do you live (like county, state, if even in the US to get an idea on real estate.)? Thanks.

iBlue, I officially love you. :p

Powermac666, that desk is from ikea, huh?! Haha, if not, I have one just like it from ikea. If it is from there... yay for IKEA! Love that place, as one of my aunt's once described it, "IKEA is like Disneyland for adults." :D

It's actually a flat (apartment) in London on the Thames. It was bought about 8 years ago when house prices were much lower but it's gone up by quite a bit now. It's taken all the 8 years to get it looking like this and my parents' hard-earned money.
