Me driving a 2010 Camaro (rental) when I was in Kentucky for the CorvetteForum Cruise-In. I drove my car down there, but a buddy from Australia rented this Camaro and let me drive it. It was only a V6, but it was still cool.

Was trying to pick out a tie to wear with my suit the other night...roommate took a pic haha :p

If this wasn't an online forum, i'd probably try to spit some game to this guy right here^^

But it is.

So i'll just post stupid pictures of myself, instead.

I ran in the 2010 Think Pink marathon in Columbus.. here's a few pictures of us being nerds. Yes, we wore pink wigs.

I'm in the middle.

Since I've already made jokes about the photos of numerous other brave posters, I think it's time to post my own... (I was going to hold off until I at least became a 6502a but I'm starting to think that's just never going to happen). ;)

It was the V6. It was peppy, but I wouldn't call it fast. My Cavalier is just as fast with 80-100hp less (yeah, my Cav also weighs 600+ pounds less too).

It was a great cruiser, be it highway or around town.
Are you planning on getting a V6 or SS? Cus the you may not like the stiffer suspension in the SS model. If you want something that you can throw around, I don't think the C6 suspension is up to snuff. I'd get a test drive of one now, build a rapport with your local dealer with the understanding that you want to order a conv when they are available for build.

Of course, I'd go for the SS package, haven driven a Z06 daily for over a year while my Cavalier sat in the driveway being saved for snowy days.

Probably a V6. I would have no need for a V8 in the city. It's just wasted power and fuel. Thanks for the info. :)

Ah, then you probably want the V6 anyway, depending on how bad the roads are in the city.
With the 18" wheels, you'll have a better ride and less of a chance of bending one on a pothole.

Haha! :) You always know when someone has never been to Chicago. The roads here are great. ;)

Anyway, I hope things go well so I can get one!

Yup, never been. I'm close to NYC and been MANY times, lots of bad roads there. I don't like driving my Cavalier there, let alone my vette when I had it. Hoping to get a job in the NYC within the next 6 months, so I now have a Toyota beater that I don't care about driving into NYC.
