Six months down and three (or so) to go....

The one in the white shirt is from about 20 weeks and the other is from about 24 weeks.
You're barely showing! Any chance of you posting a more recent photo? I er, used to work in a maternity clothing store and there really is something so lovely about a mommy-to-be.

Well, in order to keep from growing out so much I have had to grow up to give the little girl some room. I don't think the hubby likes the fact that I now look down on him.... :D

devilot, I hate to say it but the last pic was only from about a week and a half ago. I'm hoping that means I'm not going to be giving birth to an 11 lb baby like my sister did last month. Also, very sadly, the doctor said it would be okay if I didn't gain any more weight (seriously sucky!) since I've already gained about 25 lbs. :p I am either incubating a very dense baby or I have many places to hide the weight.

*shrug* Just from what I've heard, the first baby's outward momma-belly appearance doesn't seem to indicate baby's size as well as subsequent babies. ;) And don't worry about your weight gain, you look fantastic! (11 pound baby?! Giant! Haha. Since it's been a month, I'm guessing your sister and niece/nephew are doing well?)

Easy for him to say ;)

Tell me about it! There are seven women OB's in the practice we're going to, and so far the one that told me that has been our least favorite. We're kind of hoping she's not going to be the one on call the day we deliver.

Now, if I could only get my hands on a chocolate ice cream cone covered with jimmies....

Yup. They both recovered well from the labor. We're actually flying out to Cali next week to see them for the first time. Yea! I hope the clothes we got him fit.

What on earth are "jimmies?"

I guess it's an east coast term? Jimmies are those sprinkles that you can put on cakes and ice cream.
