1 Get 1000 larks
2 Remove their tongues, and set aside.
3 Discard the larks.
4 Put the tongues in a pan with a little oil and saute quickly.
5 Transfer to a hot platter.

Serves four.

I agree that the "chubby" look looks good for the classic art style. You have to make that decision though, since it's your work.

I agree as well - I don't think there's anything wrong with the CD cover art at all. Of course, I've always been a fan of that style of art so I suppose I might be a bit biased...

I wouldn't worry about it at all Genie, I think it looks cool!

I think if you're gonna use the gold/sepia light on the face, you should use it everywhere. Also, the right arm looks ill-proportionately large across the body - maybe flow the dress a little more?
I don't like to step-in the critic, but you did ask, and I do have a couple years professional experience in editing digital for publication. It's all meant as constructive, and just an opinion.
