From the email.

My Consigliere -> Invite by Phone # or Email

Enter the email and send it. They receive the email and Redeem code.

My Consigliere -> Redeem Received Invites.
You enter it here and get 10k. If you don't have anyone in the family, you get 9 royalty points.
