Mine just shipped now. Estimated dates 20-22 still not changed but it’s just like other orders, I will get it today by noon.
Apple always works like this in Hungary.
They have a central depot in Czech Republic and they ship everything over the weekend. Then they update the status to shipped when it arrives in the country and DHL delivers it on the same day.
too late to cancel... I hope I will love it.. I am afraid I overpaid for that quality, based on the reviews....

Still PTS here (UK), no update yet, but I did order about an hour and a half after it went live, so guess I’m further down the queue than many. By the looks of others updates it won’t be arriving today, though in the grand scheme of things, that’s not bad. Guess I’ll have to actually do some work today then, rather than watching the ‘your driver is x stops away’ count down 
Nothing for me in the UK yet, 20-22 estimate although I did get my order confirmation slightly later (20:14 on 15th).
In UK I’m not too familiar with Syncreon but their website looks like something out of the 1990s. I guess it’s not going to be as fun as a DPD delivery with decent tracking?

Syncreon from my experience is the warehouse, the carrier is usually DPD. Might be an idea to keep trying your tracking number on the DPD website.
Ahh! Makes sense. Syncreon’s website though... 🤦🏼♂️ It’s like pre-Geocities.
Can’t seem to find a tracking number. On Apple’s order status page when I click “Track shipment“ it takes me to Syncreon’s site.
Ordered my 12.9 as soon as it was up... still not shipped... so frustrating
From my experience (and equal parts frustration when others have DPD, who really are probably the best courier company out there), Syncreon means it will come via UK Mail who are now DHL - everytime I've had a Syncreon shipping link, it's ended up being UK Mail. Their tracking isn't anywhere nearly as good as DPDs but they do normally give you an hour slot and the option to have a "you're next" alert - although it has never worked for me.
For info - ordered 4.14pm (on the day orders went live) and still preparing for despatch here (11" version).

Thanks for that. Will I even get a proper UK Mail/DHL tracking number then or will it just keep showing me the Syncreon website from the dawns of the internet?
Has anyone with a shipment notification in the UK had anything other than synchron/DHL/UKMail delivery, i.e. DPD? It seems that in some parts of the country Apple routinely use DHL/UKMail and in others DPD. Thankfully, as they seem better, I've had DPD for anything I've ordered over the past few years, so I wonder if its just a case that the two companies are sending info at different times, and DPD ones just haven't yet? From experience their updates usually come the afternoon prior to delivery, so at this point I'm guessing I wont see anything change until 4/5/6pm if its coming tomorrow. Or at least that's what I'm reassuring myself with.
Then again in COVID world, things may well be different.

From memory (so you've been warned!) either the Syncreon website or the Apple website will update to show a longer tracking number starting 3... which will be the DHL tracking website. But yeah, I've always had a proper tracking number to use by the end of the day it ships.
Well all we know is that one twitter user suggests DHL for him (and possible delivery today) but I’m still waiting for delivery info from the logistics company.
