Hi Folks,

Ready for March? Here is my new monthly challenge: 2,400 total exercise minutes which works out to 77 minutes per day. Wish me luck!

What are your challenges? Do share! :) :D:)

PS: I believe Women's Day is on March 8th, so we might have a special challenge there.

We all seem to mostly be in the same ballpark so far (although 220 minutes a day @KeithsPuma ?).

But I guess it depends on what you have been doing. Yes 220 is a lot to me, but back in September when I got my first AW 30 minutes a day was a stretch. It’s all good though.
What is it the Marines say? The only easy day was yesterday (or something like that).

Absolutely. More that I was acknowledging how much effort is being put in to have a goal like that ?

Close my rings 28 times. Thank God, something somewhat attainable (though I do usually miss closing them on my rest days). The last 2 challenges for me have been completely ridiculous.

I don’t normally bother with these challenges. If I can achieve it sticking to my normal routine and schedule, fine. If not I couldn’t really care less. At 69 I care much more about routine and schedule consistency than I do about “pushing” myself to achieve some arbitrary goal from an app.

This month I have to close my rings 26 times. If I stick to my 6 days on, 1 day off, routine/schedule I should close my rings 27 times this month. I did not achieve the February challenge as that would have required me to skip my rest days.

This should be easy. I had six days in early February where I didn’t close the move ring because I was recovering from an Achilles injury, but if I can stay fully healthy this month this shouldn’t be a problem.

I thought mine was harsh. It's 2,120 which it helpfully says is 'only' 68 minutes a day.

Mine is to close all of my rings 29 times this month. I work in a hospital, so on my work days...closing all three is a piece of cake! My days off will be where the challenge comes in because I usually miss my Move ring on those days. I'm off today, so I'd have to do quite a bit of exercise to knock out the Move ring.
