220 = 120min(6mile) walk to work and sorter 90min(4.75mile) walk home with some mins for walking around. It just means I don't get a day off, even for weekends. BTW at weekends I used to run long distances including marathons not bad for a 62 year oldBut I guess it depends on what you have been doing. Yes 220 is a lot to me, but back in September when I got my first AW 30 minutes a day was a stretch. It’s all good though.
