But I guess it depends on what you have been doing. Yes 220 is a lot to me, but back in September when I got my first AW 30 minutes a day was a stretch. It’s all good though.
What is it the Marines say? The only easy day was yesterday (or something like that).
220 = 120min(6mile) walk to work and sorter 90min(4.75mile) walk home with some mins for walking around. It just means I don't get a day off, even for weekends. BTW at weekends I used to run long distances including marathons not bad for a 62 year old:)

My place of work is either 6 steps or 35 miles, so not really able to walk it (or if I do it doesn’t count for anything!).
Anyway no work today so I’ve done 143 minutes of exercise. So a good start. See how the rest goes.

Hi Folks,

Ready for March? Here is my new monthly challenge: 2,400 total exercise minutes which works out to 77 minutes per day. Wish me luck!

What are your challenges? Do share! :) :D:)

PS: I believe Women's Day is on March 8th, so we might have a special challenge there.

Mine seems more than reasonable as I usually double my move goal when the weather permits....20 with 10 'rain days' won't be a problem. Raining today but because Mondays (and Wednesdays/Fridays) are key Apple Fitness/Exercise days todays will be the start. Now February (27k Active Calories) was more of a challenge but I made it.......

GrandeLatte,
How does one make the pic/insert smaller (After posting)? I knew at one time but forgot. Thanks....

Here is my March challenge. Definitely doable, I got about 139 miles in January and 115 miles in February (started using my AW 6 on 2/5, otherwise I am sure my challenge would be for more miles).

That is interesting, I would have thought that the challenge is based on your activity data in iCloud, and hence you should have gotten a much higher challenge... it’s a bit puzzling I have to say

I was hoping for an easier challenge this month and got it... close my exercise ring 27 times... should be simple enough!

EDIT: This was taken this morning, I have already closed it one time.

I'm not very tech savvy. I insert from my iphone, it becomes a thumbnail. When I do it from my computer, it is a full sized image. Thanks to Applefanboy, and many others like him, usually questions are answered immediately. :)

Did you know that Mind and Body also count as exercise minutes? I do 15 minutes of meditation each day (via Calm app). It helps me with managing general anxiety. I highly recommend it. After all, health is both body and mind.

Ah, my apologies for not being clear enough.

The Apple Watch 6 I got last month is the first AW I have ever owned, so none of my January mileage (nor any earlier month) would be in iCloud (bummer, though, the AW tracks a lot of good data). Plus I didn't start using my AW6 until 2/4, so not an entire month.

I have been manually tracking my running mileage (sometimes approximate) in a spreadsheet since mid-2007, so that is why I knew what my January total was. :)

I use Seashore (MacOS version of GIMP) to reduce the size of the screenshots I get from my iPhone. Seashore, and GIMP, are free applications.

Got my challenge yesterday going to put in an hour exercise today to get started, usually 40mins a day I can get this. Some days I double-up on exercise?
Yeah, it doesn't hurt to get ahead of the average early on. That way if bad weather, travel, a cold or something else comes along to reduce your chances of getting a daily amount in you have enough of a cushion built up.
