New Tiger feature- I think(don't have Tiger yet to check), and for me in Panther, it is some app, can't think of the name though.
edt: Did you mean top right?

I had been using the Panther X logo (from either macdesktops or theapplecollection), but I've decided to change over to the Tiger X (which I made with the help of perspective, skew, clone stamp and a brightness/contrast adjustment layer).
