I agree, nothing is perfect. But, 6 dead pixels would annoy me some. But, once again the OP did not even notice the dead pixels in their first post. So how bad is it really?
Sometimes one ca'nt tale that something is wierd when there is something blaringly evident that bothers him/her (though gaps don't bother me). In addition, it takes time to notice these things and he might have jumped the gun till he really sat down to look at it.
Case in point. How long did it take you to see that I misspelled "weird" after seeing the blatant errors preceding it; "can't" and "tale". Sure some noticed it right away, but others won't. But, would you still hire me to write your dictations eventhough you didn't notice it immediately? Or worse yet, how many noticed it and just accepted it as a norm.
Anyway, Apple gives you a 14-day return policy because they don't expect you to find every little defect the first day.
