The X was kind of hard to get for launch day delivery. At preorder time, I couldn’t get into the online Apple Store for about 5 minutes due to server overload and the delivery dates were already pushed back when I got in. I think the iPhones with big design changes every few years are the most popular.

True but Apple sales have not been like in the past. The fun is really not there anymore on launch day.

Let’s hope Apple’s sales improve this year and next year with a new look for iPhone and 5G.

For HK it is China. Many phones were sold to the Chinese in China. They are so rich that they could pay double the price in cash. Forget paying by credit card.

Now they are not bothered to buy the iPhone 11.
 
I might go with the Space Grey this time. The Silver looks fabulous, but i feel like it's too intrusive, to the point where people around me would be too conscious about the cameras. Midnight Green looks like a fad

I missed the reports of people camping out in front of Apple stores. I did that once (sort of). For the 3G, I for there at 4 AM. It was fun!

I don't even know what that means. People are not going to know that you are "a straight male" when they see you and your purple phone.

Yeah I've begun to think the Silver is just a bit too much this time round, as much as I do love the look of it. Now I can't decide between Space Grey and Midnight Green..
 
I'm a man of habit. Every single iPhone I've owned (3G>4>5>6>7+>X>XS Max) has been either black (Matte black for 7+) or space grey. I've never been a fan of white electronics. So Space Grey again.

The 5 and 7+ were the best looking phones in my opinion. The light, aluminium, looking space grey of the 6 was my least favorite looking phone by a mile.

Thanks, I've seen photos and videos, I'm just curious how it will look in real life. Photos and videos just don't provide the same level of detail that you get when you have it in your hands.
 
Thinking about running into Best Buy and grabbing the midnight green and then canceling my SG apple order
 
I hate the look of the space grey on the Xs. Luckily I had a case on mine. However this year I’m going to try going case-less, so there was only one option for me: silver.

Have you seen it in person? I went to the store today and it is much much nicer looking than I anticipated. To the point where I considered switching form my Space Gray lol. I admittedly thought it would be ugly but it's really nice forest green with a bit of sheen but not shiny. I think it's also the newness of it.
