IMO those are not that high. Are other ‘flagships’ under 1.0?

WTS, I NEVER hold a phone to my head for more than a few minutes and never more than 20 min in a day.

Use the speakerphone or headphones. Just isn’t worth it.

I am curious of SAR rating for the new Apple Watch.. looking up now.

Head SAR is 0.34 w/kg , this is the real diference , the other measurements are closer.
[doublepost=1506441709][/doublepost]Anyway , the lower SAR value the better.

I have been using Apple hard-/software since 1987, am Apple shareholder and have used iPhone since 2009, but I simply don't understand why Apple is not doing ANY thing to really lower the SAR levels of their iPhones ... compared to SAR levels of Android competition it's really embarrassing and furthermore potentially dangerous for users!?!

Dear Apple, please focus also on this subject in the (NEAR) future, thanks!

Cheers from Denmark,
Henrik

Damn that is high, especially near your head.

To think, the s8 has a lower sar but actually offers better coverage.

I place SAR into the same category as global warming. It's unproven pseudo science with arbitrary limits imposed by "experts" who have little practical knowledge on the effect of it.

Even the government (United States) says that exposure does not result in, nor is it linked to, cancer.

This is also something that I wish Apple would improve on.

Perhaps, but I don’t think wanting a lower SAR value is an unreasonable request when other manufacturers are able to do it.

Perhaps, but this specific article is being produced and published by a company who creates and sells products to "protect" from the fear-mongering that they're creating.

Considering I barely use my phone as a telephone, I guess I should be worried about cancer in my fingers? Then again, 90%+ of what I do on my phone is WiFi so I guess I'm ok.
