Eh I don’t see it as luck. Microcenter is an official competitor to Best Buy per their policy, and this is no longer a ‘black friday’ deal.

Cool so I just have to hope to get that person LOL..when you gave her/him the link to microcenter what store did you select? Right now I have Denver up since Tustin does NOT have them in stock
None. I used the default link which goes to the web store. I don't believe the store info saves to the URL.

I gave this link, they said give them 2-3 minutes to verify, then came pack with the comment I attached above.

Unfortunately they may not respect that and just balk at a discount on apple products period. Not saying you’re doing anything shady, just that BB may not comply as you’ve already experienced

Do you have a Best Buy store nearby? I much prefer to buy something like this in person than risk shipping.

U lucked out..no one is willing to price match it
That will be the next thing to do..the same excuse is "This site says one per person, the stock is limited so we cannot price match"
Hey, just an FYI I live in Long Island where we have both micro center and Best Buy, was able to get bes buy to price match micro center price. They said as long as I was in stock in store it was fine. Traded in m 1st gen iPad Pro for 250 hen got the 256 for 999....so about 750 before tax
How come see more discounts on WiFi only models at many stores. Seems always less or none for cellular.
There are ALWAYS discounts on cellular models. Currently they are $200 off.
Where? Anywhere I look, the WiFi models are always the better deal, like at Micro Center.
I havent gotten one person at best buy to price match..keep on being told the 1 item per household thing on microcenters site kills the price match otherwise they would do it
Allow me to clear up some of the confusion....
Best Buy has had no issues PM Micro Center UNTIL about 6 months ago when Micro Center almost permenantly dropped the price of the Macbook Air line by $150. This represented an “anomoly” as no other retailer was doing so and stores started losing alot of Direct Profit. So what what many store’s did was say that they could NOT match MC because now it wasn’t an actual PM it was inboarding.
Now heres the kicker. There is no actual COMPANY EDICT that states Best Buy does not PM MC. Its up to store discretion. So if you were to chat with BB.com and get a confirmation of PM. Print that chat out and take it into a store. They will honor the PM (grudgingly)

I guess I was lucky? The micro center store is literally around the corner from Best Buy so maybe that plays a factor? I didn’t even have to haggle, he said he could do it from the start.
Definitely does. If you don’t have micro center store in your town BB will not when says ‘in store only’.
