Sounds like either the resettable fuses are no longer shutting off at the right amperage, OR you are drawing a lot of power and simply blowing the fuses. What do you have in your PCIe slots?
I don't install any card on PCIe slots
Also I checked all fuses in the logic card but I don't know if any of these fuses are no longer shutting of at right amperage

Where is Backplane PCIe boost power lines resettable fuses, because I disconnected the PSU from the backplane and keep it off for at least two full days and try again and it works again and after about one hour it dead again
On the backside of the backplane, there are several SMD fuses.

Oh , there is no voltage on vcc of HBS/2117V UC300, which on goes to it.
I try to trace but without circuit diagram it is so difficult, any suggestions

Please I need help to know what was missed there
This in the back site of Backplane

I can't help with problem solving, but I don't think you miss any component there, if that's what you meant. This picture is taken from my perfectly working 2009 from exactly the same spot. Looks identical.

Now it works about 1 hour and suddenly stop , it should leave about more than one day to work again
Till now I could not catch the problem

I don't know where is SMC ic ,, I want to know if vcc ok on its pin because I think problem around this point ,so please if any one know that.

Strange thing happened yeastaday, I tried to work it , it worked about 4 hour and suddenly stop again ...I think there is a leakage or dry point in some component

Saw a guy in youtube re paste the northbridge and explaining the symptoms.

I have a mp5. 1 that has clicking sound after repluging the power cord, got A B processor flashes, 5v led on.. Try both the front ON button and SYS pwr, another clicking sound from PSU, mp remain dead..

Could it be spi?
