Do you mean that you bought a card for a regular computer and then it was used inside a MAC Pro ?

Yes its A pc card I bought from a kid on craigslist for 30 dollars and flashed it in the mac pro from a DOS prompt

excuse me if I have not responded but I have been busy at work.
Today I found some ads of people who offer the GT 120 Mac Edition compatible with my Mac Pro and they recommend to install Yosemite instead of Mavericks.
I confirmed that the graphics card (GT 120 Mac edition) it works on my Mac Pro ?
