I received my Nylon Monowear in grey for the 38 mm Sports watch. I like the looks.

But I'm returning it. A word of caution to larger wrist persons, it is too small for my wrist. I use the longer strap supplied with Apples Sports band. However Monowear has the clasp strap too short and doesn't match Apples. Too bad they don't have something to equivalent in length. The photos show the problem and comparison to the Apple SB. It fits, but way too tight on the last hole ( and can't slip the band under the second ring), but I have two extra holes on the Apple SB.

The web page gives no options other than a fit for 38 or 42 mm watches.

Otherwise it's a nice strap.

i bought the 2 piece nato straps from the following link and they appear to be not only much longer than the ones you have, but a fraction of the cost. frankly, the price monowear is charging is a rip off. for $30 i got adapters and a strap. you may wanna return theirs and check the link below. may fit you better.

Thank you! This maybe the solution.

These use 24 not 22mm adapters? Where did you get those?

Well I have the 42 mm sport so I used adapters from the eBay user "inkoo888" and those straps in 24 mm. If you have the 38 mm I'm not familiar with what the max size strap is for it.

Thank you for posting. I've been concerned about the size, because I am also wearing the large size sport band (middle hole) on a 38mm. What is your wrist size?

Not sure, but I use the 5th hole on the longer sports band ( see photo). The 4th hole ( your middle hole) is snug but usable. However on the Monowear, that last remaining hole is tighter than that! Unusable, really for me, plus there is not enough length to slip the band under the 2nd ring. And it barely slips under the first ring too.

I sent it back today for a refund.

Thanks, I guess I'll look for a different band then. I really liked the turquoise nylon one, and haven't seen one like that anywhere else. :(

I went to try my red leather band last week (hadn't used it in all this time) and the magnet wouldn't work! What the what?! I contacted mono and they told me to send it back. I'm in Sweden so probably won't bother. My black one is perfect. **sigh**

There are no magnets in the adapters as you would probably know by now. At least replacements are relatively cheap so you may be able to transfer the band over?

I'm still not following? I slid in the top strap and it would not engage. It slides in but does not stay put ...

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give :).

Have you seen those "exploding" diagrams of the adapters? It's basically springloaded, not magnetic. When you slide the adapter in, the metal bit is meant to be pushed out to lock to the case. When you release the adapter, you push the "button" underneath the Watch which compresses the springs and the adapter then slides out.

If the adapter doesn't lock, it's usually the problem, but I've read sometime's it's the Watch itself...

Okay. It's not the watch as my other 8 different bands fit with no issue. Thank you :).
