More Confirmation of 3G iPhone Case Design?

Ho Hum

Anyone else getting a tad bored with all these "updates"....? We kinda already know what its going to look like and its spec.

If its like this everyday its going to be a looooooonnng 12 days!!! :D
 
Most cases now have a small line for the speaker, and a separate hole for ambient light. This one has a large line across the top. Therefore, I conclude, that the 3G iPhone will have a front camera.
 
[sarcasm]I'm just waiting for the article showing pictures of empty shelf spaces in AT&T and Apple stores showing where the iPhone 3G will be displayed![/sarcasm]
 
Im really hoping that long opening in the case in the front is for my ichat camera. I really dont see what other sensors they could be adding, besides the one's that already exist.

On a different note, with all of the anticipated hardware features a slightly modified form factor is inevitable (as everyone knows). I'm sure, however, that what is inside the thing will far surpass any quibble anyone could have with the exterior.

I am really looking forward to 3G now that I have moved to LA where I actually have access to it. :D

Either that or they're all fanning off of the same fake rumour source. Still, expect the number of these new cases and their inferences to iPhone 2 design specifications increase exponentially as we count down to June 9th - less than 2 weeks to go!!! ;)
 
I love this stuff!

Shows the dedication and interest that we have, as the anticipation for the new phone arrives. I cant get enough.

It'll also be cool to see how much of this is BS after delivery. Till then, BRING IT ON ! ! !

Well, if so, then the back of the Gen 2 iPhone will be ergonomically correct. The hand has a natural curve when utilizing object of that size. Better fit an feel, less chance of users going into narcissist behavior after dropping phone.

Besides, It will be better, It's new and improved.....

Unless you are a flat earth type.... then there is no hope ... for you. :p

I'm amazed at how well Apple is able to control information leaks. Most other companies would have already had knock-offs for sale on street corners by now.
 
Rumours are GOOD!

I for one love reading about the 3G iPhone and it potential coulds and wannabes... It's all very exciting...

Plus when I talk to my friends about the iPhone and all it's potential coulds and wannabes... they think I sound intelligent and in the know. I have even wooed a girl because of it!

So for all you complainers on this subject... seriously... plenty of other threads for you to look at... MOVE ALONG!

But back to topic - I hope that the 'extra large' opening at the top of the case it for the front-facing camera - because that would mean that you would be able to video conferencing via iChat if you're on wireless or video calling if you're on 3G... Or if you're vain... a VERY expensive mirror.

and I LOVE this time before a major Apple event like WWDC.

comon guys, this hardly shows us anything, we stil have no idea wats gonna be inside the new iphone or wat colour its going to be and if it goin to be plastic or metal...This is useless...not worthy of a 'rumor':D
 
i agree that with the flood of similar reports of the 3G iphone, the rounded back is probably a given.

i just hope there's GPS in it. there isn't any 3G service within 100 miles of where i live, so GPS would be the selling point for me.
 
It also says the case is going to be thinner - does that mean just the actual physcial case material is going to be thinner or the phone is going to be thinner? They have a picture of a fat one and right next to it a skinny one . . .

QUIT COMPLAINING!!! We have seen numerous fuzzy photos that everyone has been analyzing. This is a clear photo, not of the iPhone but of the case mold which adds credibility, and it's from Griffin. These photos are the most Proof that we've had so far, and in my opinion Confirms that the pictures we've been seeing are accurate.

this is a very Important and Relevant story!
