Picked up a Tech21 Check case in white/clear at BB for my silver 7plus. Absolutely great case w/9.9 ft drop protection. Has the Mesh on my 6 for 2 years and it is great.

I had it for my 6, so same case, so you bet I have one pre-ordered already for my 7! The Apple leather case is a nice placeholder.

Yup. I have the voyeur case on my 6s plus. It's basically perfect. Slim, but a real nice raised lip so screen protectors don't protrude past the lip, reinforced corners, nubs on the back when laying flat. Even the window showing the apple logo isn't a hole it's clear polycarbonate to protect the phone further. It's been an awesome case.

Was thinking of the appl leather case but found this:
http://www.hellonomad.com/products/leather-case

Looks great in pictures, when I finally get it I'll post a thread since I haven't seen anything about it here.

The sena leather cases also look pretty good, and they're on sale currently.

Last, for most protective I'd have to say nothing beats the evolutive labs solid suit. No idea when they'll actually start shipping but it's the only case I use for my 6+.

i will choose apple leather case over it , but the website is good tho

Anyone used Ghostek cases before? Need a tough all-around case for occasional use. Everyday I prefer a leather slip case by Joli Originals. Handmade and fab.

I bought the navy color at Best Buy and like it better than the Apple leather case because it covers more of the bottom. Which color did you get? I'm thinking of exchanging mine for the brown to go on my matte black plus

Wow. It looks great. I may exchange my Apple one for the Nomad one. Is there room to lay the phone face down without fouling a glass screen protector?

Have you actually gotten your matte black plus? I ordered 9/9 and no charge or anything yet.

I got the saddle leather/brown one. I didn't know best buy carried them, and also didn't know they were available yet. When I ordered it was a "pre order" so I haven't gotten it yet.

I'm hoping it's got enough lip to lay face down, even the apple leather case can do that so I'm guessing the Nomad will also.

There is a lip that will prevent the actual screen from touching anything on a flat surface but I do not have a screen protector on it so I can't comment on that.

Yes, I got my Matte Black Plus on Friday. I ordered mine on 9/9 at around 2:15am CT through Verizon's website.

There is a lip to it so you can lay it face down without the screen touching the surface.

New ones to add to the list. I normally have a three regular favorite brands when it comes to iPhone cases.

Two of the brands I normally go for unfortunately didn't have the cases I like for the iPhone 7 models when I looked, but I'm sure if enough of us prod them, we can get them to start doing them, because they're kinda nice. (Here are the links to the 6S Plus models I have... (JuicyCase magnetic wallet stand cases www.amazon.com/dp/B00REUSKRE , Fyy has a version of these too that I quite like www.amazon.com/dp/B0183Q27B2 (but in all honesty the JuicyCase has better magnets, so I much prefer it).

When I don't use a wallet case and want to actually see the color of my iPhone, I tend to favor a couple of different styles from Orzly, namely the FlexiCase www.amazon.com/dp/B015SY3J00 as it's probably the clearest most transparent I've ever used, so is the best for being able to see the all of the iPhone without having to hide any of it. But more recently, the one they call the Fusion ).

This year I've been more keen on the Fusion, as the back is as transparent as the FlexiCase they do, but on the Fusion, the sides have got a far superior protective mechanism. (the sides are sort of spongy and springy, so handle knocks alot better, plus I kinda like having the choice of colored strip down the side, and the most recent versions of these look pretty smart. www.amazon.com/dp/B01KZTIY30

I would have just used my old case, but a sizing experiment I did with another case the other day proved that I couldn't get away with using any of my existing 6S plus cases). -For anyone who is curious to see that experiment, I posted it on here on MacRumors, so can be found here... https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...one-7-plus-case-on-my-iphone-6s-plus.1993123/

I already have the FlexiCase, but the Fusion and the device itself are still on pre-order though, so I have no photos of my own to show you yet, but in the meantime I managed to sneakily steal this photo from Amazon...

Mine is the 7 Plus size though, so for anybody who has the smaller iPhone 7 model, the same one for that size can be found here...

Hope this helps. ;)
Is anyone else on here that is not based in the US noticing the strange behavior of amazon links when posting on this site? The links I left were all for the global USA based amazon.com site, but I am in the UK at the moment for a couple of weeks, and I've started to notice that whenever I click the .com links, it is automatically diverting me to the UK version of amazon instead. (for example: www.amazon.com/dp/B01KZTISHC seems to be erroneously autodirecting me to www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01KZTISHC ) Is anyone else experiencing this? (most likely this will not be happening to anyone based in the US, as .com will be the local one).

It's not necessarily a bad thing, but definitely something I've never noticed before. (perhaps it's new functionality, or perhaps it always did this). However, usually I am based in Greece (because I live there) and from there the links normally take me to the same one as the link originally says (like it should), so was just curious if this was exclusive to UK, or if it happened anywhere else too? (Greece doesn't have a version of amazon, so it's possible that this is why I don't get the divert from there)

If any non-US based people on here are reading this, can you please do me a favor and test where the links take you? Let me know both which country you are trying it from, and also which version of amazon it is taking you to when you click it. www.amazon.com/dp/B01KZTISHC Should be an interesting little experiment, just to see what happens. (for me, it seems to be happening on anyone's .com link (not just mine), but just for amazon links (links for other websites are all working as normal). If anyone can let me know, it would be much appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

I got the ringke fusion and the wife got a speck presidio clear glitter. Both cases are nice. The fusion is a tad less bulky than the speck but the speck offers more protection for my wife who drops her phone more lol. Her clear glitter looks awesome with rose gold. I'm loving the look of the smoke black edges with clear back with my gold. Good color combo for a Pittsburgh fan!
