Would be nice if US version had LTE
I'd be happier if it, ya know, was out in the US yet.
Would be nice if US version had LTE
As of 26th of November, the Moto G is now available for sale in the US at $179.

If only it wasn't missing LTE bands... Otherwise, a good option.
LTE would be nice, but hspa+ is really good on ATT and T-mobile (t-mobile sometimes faster than other carriers LTE). Plus that price is just so nice
Yep. You don't miss what you've never had. And regardless, HSPA+ is still faster than my AT&T UVerse at home.
So is the US GSM model fully T mobile compatible minus the LTE. I could live with T Mobile HSPA. This is a steal.
Got my 16GB today. Paid £129 (equiv. $179 before sales tax) for it locked and another £2 to unlock it. Came with a sim loaded with 500MB free data, a spare back cover and a £10 voucher for online streaming services.
An absolute bargain for a spare phone of this calibre. Still have the 5s for 4G.
Nice. My wife gave me the go-ahead to order as soon as they became available. It's too bad I can't place an order for the shell as well (she really wants a hot pink shell.)
How much storage is available to the user on the 8gb version (accounting for the space that the OS and stock apps take up)?
You will be sorry after one or system updates.
Maybe he's right. The Moto G could be like the HTC S or HTC One Mini, which only gets one update.
Didn't even think about that...

It takes a MicroSIM, yes?
It does. Mind has replaced my iPhone 4 and I did a straight sim swap.
Nice. Want to swap between this and my 520.
