Is this consistent. The problem I hear with the Nexus 5 is that the battery does not consistently perform well. It does so on occasion.
That's how it has been for me since the day I got it (launch day order)

How much screen on time are you getting?
In that screen shot it was at 1h 50 mins. I usually get about 4.5 hours when I still have 25%+ battery and start to charge it.
Proof? My Note 3 doesn't even achieve that and it has a a much bigger battery than the N5

Nexus 5 all day every day.
Especially with 4.4.1 onward, that camera is working MUCH better.
The dev community for Nexus devices is amazing. Got my smaller nav bars, volume mod for earphones, viper4android sound tweaking, Nexus one boot animation, and double tap 2 wake with saturated colors Franco kernel running on 4.4.2. Oh and ART rules.
It's bliss just reverting some things to stock, dirty OTA flashing, and putting them back on as opposed to starting fresh and restoring every time a jailbreak comes out for a new version, which mind you isn't often.
Of course if you're riding the jailbreak train you don't care about the wait, or maybe even iOS 7 all together (I'm not updating my iPad 3 past 6.1.2, jailbreak or not), but that bigger screen and open customization out of the box, custom recovery, and one simple procedure to unlock the bootloader. Oh and perhaps the sweetest of all is the reasonable and amazing deal of the unsubsidized price that this phone is for having the same S800 in Note 3 and LG G2. I'm not sure what else a tinkerer could want. Moto X is nice, but Nexus 5 hardware is undeniably superior.
And LightFlow with this phone, so chill.
And if you're not a tinkerer?

The Nexus 5 won. After a day or so using both, i just shipped back the Moto X this morning.
While activate notifications are cool, along with touch less control, the bigger screen of the Nexus 5 won out. The Nexus 5 is noticeably faster, and i can see myself using the Wireless charging ability everyday.
I will say the build quality on the Moto X is great, and I highly recommend it for someone that is coming from an iPhone 5/5S/5C and like that size as it isn't much bigger.
I will note that LG/Google must have worked out their kinks because My screen looks great, gps works, the speakers are loud (not near Moto X loud, but loud enough, and the signal strength was about the same as the Moto X in test on Tmobile.
You're not helping me stick to my decision buying the X. The only thing I dislike about the Nexus was the weak volume and vibration.

Um I can get near 8 hours of screen on time easily with my Moto X and will prove it tonight. You're doing something wrong indeed.
it could have a lot to do with kitkat...something the note 3 does not have.

Personally, I'm glad i tried out both at the same time, and waited as long as i did to get on the Nexus 5 train, because most of the launch day issues seem to be fixed.
What issues did you have with vibration?
