Is this what they said they where selling you.
If so, it's not what you got.

That product info is for a sapphire pulse, which is the card you want.
I think you are correct.
I didn't even check the image assuming OWC knows what they are doing and they sent me correct card.

So for my understanding XFS is not compatible, but SAPPHIRE is. Is it correct?

Yes the sapphire pulse 8gb is the card you should have.
The part number listed on the OWC page is for the Sapphire Pulse RX580, not XFX model.

Thank you!
I've talked to them and got back this email in respond:

"Thank you for contacting OWC. I’m sorry to hear that you weren't expecting an XFX RX580 card. We've had cards sourced from Sapphire, XFX and Gigabyte in the past.

What is the serial number of your Mac Pro? I've had reports that MacPro4,1's flashed up to 5,1 are not able to use the RX580 cards to upgrade to Mojave.

Please reply to this email if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you again for contacting OWC. I hope you have a wonderful day."

Are they correct with their statement or it's just XFX card causing me problems and they are simply denying the problem?
I would expect OWC being a reputable place know what they are doing.

Test the card with a PC, you still don't know if the card is working or DOA. Don't go inside this early-2009 rabbit hole until you know if the GPU is DOA or not.

XFX is a hit or miss manufacturer with Macs, some models work perfectly, most have some sort of trouble with outputs/firmware problems, a lot don't work at all. XFX RX 580s are know to work with some firmware problems, like not being capable of correctly displaying OpenCore boot screen.

XFX is a long know incompatible manufacturer with Macs, avoid it. OWC is the last place I buy something, most people here had problems with them - they sell known defective and used products as new.
