They are the blue dots that happen when you update an app from the AppStore. Since the labels are hidden it messes them up.

I had that a fee days ago and thought it was a 1000 bad pixels lol..,

Or something else all together I dunno lol!

it's on my AppStore app as well. Unless it's on there because I have one update. I shall see But the others don't go away even after I open them.

Edit: so I updated Winterboard and the untethered jailbreak tool in cydia and now most of the clue circles are gone but now one is on my stock mail and cal and also tapatalk app.

Edit: respring fixed all but the mail app circle. So close lol

I'm looking for this as well. I believe lockdown pro does it. There's an app called poof that does it but I can't get it to work on my 5s. Any other apps/tweaks to hide apps/icons?

Yes until I toggled it on/off and did a full reboot.

I love how simple but effective it is now with double-tap (I set to sleep) and tap-hold (multitasking) as well as the single tap.

Hands down my favorite tweak and a genuine money (button) saver.

VirtualHome can do this if you have a 5s (it uses the Touch Sensor).
