Congrats! I love the feeling of getting a new car. Almost as exciting as getting a new Mac. :)

Yes , Toyata does make good, dependable cars.

Although, I personally happen to be a Honda/Accura fan. :)

Honda and Toyota really know their engines. We had/have 3 Hondas and 2 Toyotas in the family so far and never experienced an engine problem.
Just have it serviced on time and it will never give you trouble.

Ride On!

damn, I wish my car buying experience was going that smoothly. I called a used dealer yesterday about a civic listed on their website

"sorry, it's sold, bye" *CLICK*

umm ok, so I'm calling you with the intention of buying a car and I'm not worth more than 2 seconds of your time? Ok, you just cost yourself a potentially easy sale. Good one!

Nice car. I had a corolla for a very short time and it was a good, solid and smooth riding car. I traded it in for a Mazda 3 simply because the steering wheel was too far away from me in the Corolla (I'm 6 foot tall) and the Mazda 3 had a better feel to it for me. The Corolla will be a fantastic car for years and years to come. Not to mention it gets great ratings on almost every review site. It really is a shame Honda made the new Civics so ugly because I used to really like the way they looked. Let's hope Toyota doesn't make the Corolla ugly when they redesign it in 2008 haha.
