I was refering to the income Tax being unconstitutional specifically.

I think you could make a strong argument in that direction, but that question has been answered by the Supreme Court already, but again I think a good group of lawyers could put up a good argument for reconsideration. Again I think we are on the same page here.

The Supreme Court is a joke and you know it. They are political appointees with their own agendas.

Maybe one day we will elect people to office who have never previously held public office at any level. That is the only way that the country can be saved as what we have now isn't working.

The Supreme Court is a joke but it is the system we have so we must accept their judgement, It would take a lot to change it, could be done but what we have seems to work better than any other system in use. A Draw it is we are on the same page thanks for the discussion.
