My un-boxing Photos 11" 128GB + boot video and tour

Hi All,

I picked my New MacBook Air up from Apple's Cardiff, UK store today. I went for the 11" 128GB model and very pleased... man it loads quickly!

I wasn't expecting them to be, only really went in for a look They didn't have any on display but had one 11" floating about to show people... they keep close to you when you take it off them for a hold LOL!

Without getting it out it does seem so yes, its as if it fits under the other bit of the usb port.... odd.

I just tried to do that but can't show then at all, the vents are on the black bit yes, same as my Alu MacBook.

Did you get the 1.4 or 1.6 processor? Does it run programs okay? If you get a chance, could you try Imovie and see how fast it might render some video into a Youtube video.

How is video playback in general?

It is the 1.4, it seems OK so far. The dude in the apple store was opening like every application on the MBA and they all started very quickly so seems ok.

I'll do the iMove bit later on if i get chance but have some stuff to sort out... as you can imagine! Transfer time!

The little buttons on the top row are weird, little too small but just need getting used too.
