That's weird. It is not working for me on an iphone 6 on 8.1.1.

Hey thanks bro.
It worked, Im super happy :D
Shenan where you at bro?
I'm watching my Tivo DVR shows on my JB 6 Plus:cool:
xCon 40-beta1 works for the latest Tivo.app

Has anyone notice any battery drainage since putting on the xCon's latest Alpha version?

Thanks for the suggestion. I have tried a couple of times with no luck. I may try restoring 8.1.1 and see if it makes a difference.

Kill the app in Task switcher
Have you rebooted a couple of times - that's what it took for it to work for me

Meanwhile, wives everywhere think it's exciting when they start a new season of Real Housewives of Anywhere. LOL... who's the weird one now?

Exactly:D lol

Anyone with 8.1.1 on an iphone 6 have Tivo working before I restore my phone ? Thanks.

All 4 idevices I installed it worked fine but they are all on 8.1
Not sure if 8.1.1 might not be compatible.

I want to upgrade all my devices to 8.1.1 need to know if this works on 8.1.1 or not. I most importantly want to update my 7.0.2 iPad if it works on 8.1.1

I don't know if this will help anyone else, but I had TSProtector8 installed along with Flex patches 'Allow Airplay' and 'Tivo Patch' installed just to see if it anything worked. After I installed Xcon 40 beta 1 the Tivo streaming didn't work. Actually, it wouldn't even let me select my Roamio, but I think the stemmed from one of Thr Flex patches. Anyway, I deleted the patches and uninstalled TSProtector, reset my iPhone 6 on 8.1 and I could log into the Tivo app, but streaming still wouldn't work. I reset the phone again and it worked.

I don't remember the order I deleted them. I think it was TS first, reboot, able to log in but not stream. Then I think I removed the Flex patches and was able to stream.

Anyway, maybe that will work for someone else. Just my experience with this whole thing.

Great, so that explains it all to us perfect.
So Instal and remove a bunch of things. Restart a bunch of times, stand on one foot while holding the phone above your head with your left hand while wearing a green and a red sock during full moon and then I don't really know the exact order those steps need to be done on Friday the 13 and might also work for someone else.
Just his experience.
Good luck all:D

Hey have you taken the plunge and tried out xCon b40 with the new Tivo app they released the other day? Any feedback?

Not yet.
I updated to the new Tivo App but not sure if the battery issues I was having was because of the tivo app or xCon beta40?
I know some claim they don't have any battery issues at all.
Im going to have to try it again.

Hmm, try it and let me know ;-)

I like the old Tivo app icon better btw.:)

I have to agree 1000% ... not sure why they went with the new. Plus the loading screen looks half-baked. But the upcoming "one pass" updates seem really half-baked too so not sure what they're trying to do to my Tivo
