Product Red would definitely be cool but knowing Apple it’ll probably take a decade or two before we could see that change.

I mean, where’s the iPad calculator?

Anyway, maybe they will change it with the new color 🤞😎
I think the Ian Zelbo image you attached earlier with the royal Dutch Orange colour looks awesome in the Space Gray Titanium case.

I'm upgrading for the new Snoopy faces on day 1!
Agreed! They are awesome. Continues to surprise each time you look at the Apple Watch.

I suspect most of the buyers of the darker version (if there is one) will be the same couch slugs who can’t run the length of themselves but still moan about the Ultra’s battery life. Those of us who actually run gear hard will likely avoid it because it’ll get so obviously banged up.

I have a Series 6 with a max battery down to 84%. It may not be much of an upgrade to others, but I typically only upgrade every 2-3 years so for me, it's... time.

I’ve never owned an Apple Watch. Don’t really think it does anything for me. If and when these things add value to my life then I will get one. Blood glucose and blood pressure monitoring would get me off the fence and buy one though. I think those things are still a few years away

I don’t know if we’ll ever see passive blood pressure monitoring. If you have to stop what you’re doing, sit still and take blood pressure, why not just use a cuff? I just wonder how much this feature even matters. Blood glucose seems far more useful, but I agree that either of these is years away.

I’ve decided to say goodbye to Apple Watch. I use mine almost exclusively for fitness. The smart watch features don’t interest me.

I recently spent about thirty minutes at REI with a very knowledgeable sales associate who gave me a very thorough tour of the Garmin Fenix 7 Pro. Wow. As a fitness device, the Apple Watch, including the Ultra, is a joke compared to Garmin.

I’m excited to get a Fenix. As a long distance backpacker, the Apple Watch was always useless. Fine for day hikes but that’s it. Now I’ll get nearly ten days of battery life in GPS mode. It’s pretty shocking that Apple Watch’s battery life is so awful when the Garmin does so much more and has a comparable looking screen.
