What I am thinking

IF photos are real, they are pictures of the keynote presentation....doubt it

I'm not backing up these photos, I am merely saying that these could be keynote pictures and this is what i think the next imacs could resemble

All of tehm are takin in a empty space.

I still think that this is the look of the new imac, nothing to revelutionary, just new and simple looking.

I had more links, sorry

Yes they did.
So whoever is taking theses "spy shots" had enough time to setup a professional photo-shoot background?
And before mrkramer says it, "The elevator got stuck between two floors". :D

I said a day ago that I think the new iMac will look like a ACD. Now I'm glad it doesn't. :p But it could just be the bad photoshop job.

Either way, Few problems. The ACD has the power button on the size. Apple also started to arrange the back connectors horizontal instead of vertical sometime during the iMac G5 lifetime (I think was during the switch over to Intel).

Among other things. I still think it will look similar to a ACD, but not this similar.

Crap! Where'd the chin go? There's never going to be enough room on that for all my Post-it notes!:(

Well I think it came from the original iMac G5 fake photos that were taken in an elevator, didn't it? :D...
Wasn't it the 'iHome' media centre at Paris two years ago?

n August 2004, just prior to the release of the iMac G5, these bogus iMac images appeared around the Internet. These established the tradition that the best "spy" shots should be taken in elevators. These pictures appear to originate from an Appleinsider discussion where the prankster eventually comes clean.

Dudes... It might look like the ACD in that it will be thin and Aluminum-y, but it's not going to look EXACTLY like one. Jeez.

From a marketing perspective, and from the perspective of Mr. Ive's ego, it would be really dumb to have a brand-new, "freshly redesigned" product look like a display from several years ago.

You also notice the way the power-cable arcs down exactly the same as in the picture for the ACD, also the reflection at the base is exactly the same as the ACD gallery photo. this isn't just fake it's extremely fake.

To me, when I look at it, the Leopard Desktop screenshot just looks totally out of place and not blended with the hardware at all. It kinda looks like it's floating. Blatent fake in my view.

Why are these thing always in bad quality...just like the bigfoot footage and so many other phenomenon.

Ugly/cold/indifferent

If this is really the design for the new iMac (which i have little doubt, that it will differ much), then i am very disapointed.
The imac line has been going downhill (design-wise) since, well the iLamp.
The original design was the best. I would very much rather have that, with a flat screen, based on desktop parts and the option to upgrade the insides [add pci cards, graphic and sound cards (maybe doing SLI), processor and multiple hard drive upgrades].

I declare shanadigans! (sp?)

Duh, obviously very very fake. but I like the design a Lot. But where would the white apple remote go? They'd had to have redesigned it.

So the whole issue of it having a footprint that takes up your whole desk wouldn't bother you, huh? Jeez.

That has to be the worst photoshop job i've ever seen, it's blatantly fake

Worse than this one? This is what I saw when I snuck into Apple at night and looked on SJ's desk.
