Meh Updates. I am glad i am broke.
My pockets are a little low right now due to my home reno, but even if they weren’t, I’d be tempted to wait it out a few more months for the back-to-school sale. An 11” OLED iPad Pro this year would be perfect for me. I don’t need that speed, I’m wanting that screen.Quit with the negativity.
You are not broke your pockets are just a lil low right now.
“How can I make more money “ is way better than just saying your flat out broke.
Good argument! With your reasoning there is no point of anything more than a Macbook Air in the lineup either.Dude, except for 3D modeling and video editing, (and perhaps AAA gaming) there is no need of more power on iPads. If people had to chose between more power and more desktop-like functions, I bet the great majority would chose the latter.
No, see the timeline here:Have Apple ever tried releasing iPad Pro and Air at the same time?
iPad ≠ MacHave the 2018 11 inch iPad Pro and it is still plenty fast. Not sure M1 or higher is needed.
now that seems more intresting. An iPad Air with 12.9 inch display.. if it is a LCD display, I'm more intrested. OLED is full of flickering issue, so a big no for me☹️
Is it unusual to release updated iPads and MacBooks at the same time? I thought usually the releases were staggered.
As long as they don’t jack up the price of the 11” iPad Pro I’ll get one.
IPad Pro starting at 1500 euro in the EU
If you have a 16GB m1, it probably isnt worth it. Its proved itself to be a more than capable machine.
I've had base 16GB ram on my MBA's for decades, you just buy it.Here’s what I want for the MacBook Air: base 16GB ram
The current iPad mini has display issues for many people, you’d think Apple would want to be in a hurry to move on from that. The iPad Mini is a niche, so it gets updated much less regularly than other devices.
Exactly.Good argument! With your reasoning there is no point of anything more than a Macbook Air in the lineup either.
