The 10.2” out of the question with multi angle faceid
The pro always get it first, the rest after
I don’t know even if it will get faceid the 10.2” and multi angle the ipad pros. Maybe next year

If the new Pros have a different camera configuration, then they would require a new Smart Keyboard Folio. Perhaps Apple can go one step further and make it a backlit keyboard. That would be awesome.

Either way, regardless if it is backlit or not, I wonder if such a new Smart Keyboard Folio would be specific to the new model, or if it would be backward compatible with the 2018 model. It would look a bit odd on the 2018 model though, since the camera cutout wouldn't match.

The 10.2" doesn't need multi-angle Face ID. It just needs Face ID. Multi-angle Face ID would be a distinguishing feature for the iPad Pros.

The article saying the iPad Pro wouldn’t be out until March 2020 turned out to be bogus.

https://www.macrumors.com/2019/08/26/2020-ipad-pro-rear-3d-sensing-time-of-flight/

Apple plans to release a new iPad Pro with 3D sensing rear cameras in March 2020, according to Korean website The Elec.

The report, citing unnamed industry sources, claims that Korean contract manufacturer Derkwoo Electronics will provide some of the components for the 3D sensing camera modules, including stiffeners and brackets. Mass production of those parts will supposedly begin towards the end of 2019.

Update - Aug 27:
In an email to MacRumors, a representative for Derkwoo Electronics claimed that The Elec's report contained "wrong information" and "something that is not true about us." The Elec has since deleted its article.

Take this with a grain of salt, but this Chinese site has posted some supposed specs for the new 2019 iPhones.

http://news.mydrivers.com/1/643/643872.htm

Of interest is the mention of a 128 GB base configuration and 6 GB RAM. The 128 GB base configuration would make sense for both the OLED iPhones and the iPad Pros. I'd also expect 6 GB RAM for the iPad Pros, but would be a little surprised for the iPhones.

They compare the 6 GB vs 4 GB iPad Pro 2018 for video editing. Google translate:

Last November, I purchased a 1TB version of the 3rd generation iPad Pro. Of course it is for memory 6GB

However, after that, the theory that the increase in memory is divided into the cache of large capacity storage became dominant, and even on the net, there were many reviews that “There is no operational difference between 6 GB and 4 GB”

Fortunately I was in the New Year return period, so I returned the 1TB version of the wasted capacity and bought the 64GB version again.

The 4GB version seems to be delayed in processing compared to 6GB

I want to write a point around that

I will get to translating that video once my coffee is ready.
