Well, if I'm not mistaken, that day there was an Apple event. So I think they waited until the dust settled off after the event and then released it.

I think the worst part for them is to change every picture of iTunes in the website to reflect 11's new appearance. All the pages of iCloud, App Store... everything must be changed.

yeah, I've thought about that as well. every time they release a new product, a MacBook, an iPhone, etc. The pictures are changed all throughout the website. But I'm sure they've come up with a simple method of doing so.

what does this have to do with iTunes11 also? its updated on the store no software update required for it. it also has been like this for a few days nothing new as of today.

Should hardly boggle your mind, given the seriousness with which everyone is posting here about how terrible it is that iTunes hasn't been released yet, and the fact that there was nothing in the the text of the post that would indicate that you were speaking tongue-in-cheek. I've lost all hope. Apple is dead. There will be a completely new company in 5-10 years that will overtake them. Looking forward to that time.
