if you remember last time a Siri beta was released some people were waiting well over a week. I was around 9 days from install on the first day, From a personal perspective. I wish they limited it to developers who had an app in the store. So those of us that actually need to test got it first and the reset had to wait .
Agreed, it's sad to hear there's a chance, not a huge one, but still a chance it could be more than a few days. But I know a lot of people who aren't developers, unlike me with has multiple apps on the Store, but they update, and then are complaining to me "why is my battery so bad, why is this app slow", when I reiterate to them that they aren't developers, and it's beta one, and they should try the public beta instead.

My dream would be Apple let’s developers that have live apps be in a round one beta release. Then people with paid dev accounts, then the others…

I think indexing will take longer than usual on this update because of Apple Intelligence integration.

It would've been a great opportunity for Apple to have included a progress bar.
Ok so what I have heard from a couple of developers from WWDC sessions is that the index work your phone is doing for some users could be 1-2 weeks. This is what they have been told by apple engineers. But yes fully agree on the progress bar

I’m still waiting on siri ai to hit my iPhone 17e and plus, it’s still indexing. It’ll probably stop indexing after a few hours here.

Some people got it almost immediately and then Apple seems to have stopped admitting people.

Maybe they're monitoring server usage.
I got mine off waitlist both on my iPhone and Mac at 6:50 PM today PDT. More than a day since I installed the beta on my iPhone 15 pro, and MacBook Pro M4 Pro.

But here's the weird thing. Did y'all's writing tools disappear after y'all got the Siri AI feature on Apple Intelligence?
