Mine is Oct 9-16 and now says preparing to ship. I don't know what that means though because preparing to ship should literally take a minute. Pick it off the shelf, put it in a box, slap on a label.
I’m guessing it’ll change to “Shipped” within the next day or two. The status doesn’t usually change until it’s handed over to the shipper. Mine is still in “Processing” (Oct 16-23).

From what I've seen online, "preparing to ship" means that the label has been created. It could be packed and ready to go, just waiting in the warehouse for the shipping company to pick it up.

I pad with Apple Pay with my credit card when these were first available and got a deliver date of 15-22 October.

I checked this morning on the app and my payment method needed to be updated - it's been so long since they took the holding payment via Apple Pay that it had dropped off. I put in my credit card details again this morning and it moved along to 'preparing to ship'

Just a heads up in case it happens to someone else.

Looks like the small size is getting restocked quicker than medium and large. The Apple app is currently showing delivery dates of 10/23-10/30 for small, 11/27-11/30 for medium and large.

out for delivery. Estimate was Oct 9-16
Same, Received today, wearing on a natural Ultra 2 from launch day last year. I had mixed expectations. In real life it exceeds all of the expectations I had. As an OBTW, no hair pulling here. So on comfort, fit, finish, cosmetics and function this gets really high marks. I've tried a few Apple Watch bands in metal before and returned each of them for various reasons. This one is a keeper.

The only very small note I'd make is that on the side that's doubled back the strap is a bit bulky, but my wrists are 165mm, which is not very large. I expect it would be less noticeable on a wrist that was even a little larger (175mm, at a guess). I'll also say that some added bulk is unavoidable, since you're doubling (obviously) the strap thickness.

We have the same wrist size. What size did you get and where does the clasp fall on your inner wrist? Near the middle/center? Also, have you ever tried the regular Milanese loop band with your Ultra? If so, does this one look a lot more substantial and better on the Ultra? Thanks!

The best way to describe it is this is a "mens" version of the Milanese 😂. It is much more substantial than the previous versions, and perfectly balanced with the Ultra. I've only had mine since Friday and it's my favorite band. I've had the original Link band since 2015, and this much nicer than that.

Gotcha. Sounds nice. What about my questions regarding the size you purchased and where the clasp falls on your wrist? Thanks in advance!

I think my wrist is around 170-175cm, I got a medium and the clasp is centered in the middle of my wrist.

Loving the Titanium Milanese, it seems to be taking a bit of getting used to though. I can't work out what I'm not getting used to, it feels 'heavy' even though it's far from it.

I'm so used to wearing Ocean bands now that maybe I just need to get used to it.

For reference (in case it helps anyone else) I have 191mm wrists and the large Titanium loop has the buckle in the centre underneath my wrist.

Probably similar to the Trail loop where the band is so light that it supports the weight of the watch less. Whereas the Ocean band distributes it a bit more?

Amazed that if you order a M natural today, its 6 weeks out.
Apple is shipping the bands via boat instead of air as part of reducing their environmental impact, so on these bands, when demand exceeds supply it takes significantly longer for them to catch up. I’m all for taking care of the planet, but perhaps not in this case!

Thanks for the heads-up! Same thing happened to me. You would think that when you pay for your order with the Apple Card via Apple Pay this wouldn’t happen, but it does!

Mine arrived on 10/19 and I absolutely love it. It’s the perfect multipurpose band, for my use case. IMG_6896.jpeg

How would you know if the payment needs to be updated? Mine is supposedly delivered between 10/22-10/29 and still in processing. Used my Amex card, not the Apple Card.

If yours will process anything like mine did, it’ll change to “Preparing to Ship” tomorrow, sit in that status for a couple of days, then you’ll get a “Shipped” email with a tracking number.

I've been checking the app multiple times a day waiting for it to change. Hopefully it switches tonight/tomorrow. Been waiting for a long time for this!

It’ll be well worth the wait. Mine changed to “Preparing to Ship” on the first day of my delivery timeframe, hence my example. I was also checking multiple times a day!

I received mine the other day, and it’s now my favorite band. It is secure and very comfortable. I‘m sorry I wasted so much money on the other bands… the Milanese is well worth the money… If you are still deciding, just get one.

If your payment method is declined like mine was, Apple will send you an email and give you 24-48 hours to resolve it before cancelling your order. Otherwise, like the other good posters here have said, if the payment goes through your order will change to Preparing to Ship.
